“Life transitions are a skill we can, and must, master.”
Bruce Feiler, author of Life Is In the Transitions
The life of a military spouse is marked by constant change. You are asked to navigate frequent transitions that are challenging for you and your entire family. Often these transitions require you to reimagine every aspect of your life. In this three-part interactive group workshop series, life coach Melissa Walker, Ph.D, will provide you with concrete tools to deal constructively with your transition in a safe and supportive group environment of fellow military spouses.
Cost: $125. Click here to register.
Space is limited! Sign up by September 1 to guarantee your spot and to receive an invitation to a free 30-minute ice breaker session. If you refer a friend who registers, you’ll receive a $10 discount.
What past participants have said:
The Transitions classes couldn’t have come at a better time in my life. I’m not sure what made the course so incredibly meaningful – but I believe it was a combination of a small group setting with great women, thought-provoking material and Melissa’s ability to create a safe space for authentic dialog.
Many of the concepts and experts that Melissa introduced were new to me. I found them very helpful, sought out more of the writers’ work/publications/websites, and will continue to rely on them and Melissa’s expertise through my current transition.
